Getting Started with HTML

You can configure your elements by using attributes. The a element (which i will use as a example) lets you create a hyperlink that, when it’s clicked on, loads a different HTML document.
As its name suggests, HTML is a markup language. This markup takes the form of elements applied to content, typically text. In the following posts, I’ll explain the different aspects of HTML elements, explain how you can configure the elements with attributes, and describe the set of global attributes that can be used on all HTML elements.
Before we begin, you’ll have to prepare to begin programming HTML. First you’ll need some tools for web development, and there is a very important piece of software you’ll need to recreate the examples that latter i will show you on our website.
